What Is Bioregenesis?

Essentially, for anyone to reverse their biological age; to become more youthful in vitality and appearance and for the body to function in a higher way, our body must be able to create new cells that are of a superior model to that which has been created in the past. Ordinarily as one's chronological age increases, the quality of the body cells reduce. This is liken to photo-copying a sheet of paper, then taking the copied print and photo-copying that and so on and so forth, until the image reduces in quality significantly. This 'reduction in (cell) quality' we generally refer to as ageing. It is associated with degeneration, reduced energy and lowered health.
How Does Bioregenesis Take Place?
For the body to produce new cells that are of a superior model to the previous ones, there must be a change in the expression of our DNA. Our 'DNA' basically contains the instructions that describes how our new cells are to be made. For a change to be made in the expression of our DNA, there needs to be a different stimulation in the energy and information that surrounds our DNA. The study of this process is called Epigenetics. We can make changes on 4 primary levels of energy/information:
1) The Physical Level
It is important to realise that what we refer to as 'the physical body'; that which we see in the mirror, is the end product from a series of interactions occurring on the preceding levels of energy within the body. What was initially our thoughts, feelings and choices then becomes the electrical and chemical energy/information that moves through our system. That information is translated into the DNA which 'informs' our existing cells how our new body cells are to be made.
The most significant thing that impacts this process on the physical level is what physical actions we are actually consistently taking during the day (and night). This includes the type of exercise we are undertaking or not and also our physical choices; the activities that we involve ourselves in.
2) The Chemical Level
The chemical level involves anything that is moving through our blood stream. This includes anything that we place into our body through diet, habitual or recreational choices as well as the chemicals that are created inside the body; our hormones. It also includes any energy that we take into the body through gas such as what we are breathing. Often our dietary choices are influenced by our mood state and vice versa. Notably, it is the action of our mind which most significantly determines our mood state.
3) The Electrical Level
The electrical energy within the body is directed along the pathways of our nervous system, however it is the action of our mind on all; conscious, subconscious and super-conscious levels, that initiates this impulse.
The electrical impulses within our system instruct the chemical and physical systems which then become our action and resulting outcome in terms of experience. It is essential that we learn to control our mind so that our body becomes the way we want it to become and we create the life that we desire.
A possible outcome for someone who does not have control over their mind is that they may become overweight. Often the reason is that a person simply does not have control over what they are choosing to eat; they eat impulsively as opposed to using intelligent informed selection. There are more factors involved when it comes to body composition however.
Another possible outcome for someone who does not know how to control their mind is that they may become very 'stressed'. The resulting electrical disturbance accumulates in their system often manifesting in body tension around the neck and low back, belly inflammation, hormonal irregularity or some other bodily dysfunction or disease. This can all be resolved by learning how to control the mind and consequently, the nervous system.
4) The Subtle Level
The subtle level of energy and information is the least well understood; particularly in the Western world. Although Eastern understanding has revolved around the awareness of subtle energy (and the vital importance of maintaining it properly) for thousands of years, we are only just now 'waking up' to it in the West in recent times.
Subtle energy is the actual life force that animates our body; it is the essence of life itself. When the life energy runs out within the body we refer to this as death. It is possible to build upon the vital life force so that we remain capable, energised and in high health well into our older years.
A person who addresses their subtle energy has a significant advantage in life over those who chose not to or are unaware of how to do this. This is because the subtle energy within the body most significantly influences the expression of our DNA.
In fact, through the cultivation of vital energy it is possible to undergo a process whereby you can activate your DNA allowing for a greater and more complete cell division process to occur. This is a less-known secret to rejuvenation, higher vitality and maximal performance capability through access to the super-conscious mind.
