Outdoor Training Program for Men
This is a simple yet effective training program that can be undertaken outdoors in a park or playground etc. You will require access to a handrail to utilise as a bar as well as some stairs to undertake this program. The exercises are not beginner level exercises and require an intermediate level of strength to coordinate. This program addresses the full body in a balanced way and will promote great muscle tone, flexibility and core strength as well as cardiovasuclar fitness.
