GUYS!
You are INVITED to attend this TRAINING SESSION on:
04th April, 2026 @ 11am AEST.
If you are concerned you won't fit in due to not being 'badass' enough, never mind that; we are just having fun here.
The people attending this event are down-to-earth every day blokes whom are working on minimizing our egos; not aggrandizing them!
So this is not a competitive environment; we recognize each other as individuals on our own 'journey' and we are where we are in that process (unique).
Therefore, we support each other no matter what challenges arise and where we are currently at.
Yet we are not here to 'fuck around' either; we are here to get a result.
Effort is required to get a result so; you will need to come with sincere intent to achieve that and 'give it your best shot.'
Training intensity is gauged for where you are at in your fitness; you apply yourself to the degree that works for you.
This may be quite different to what others are doing or were they are at in their process.
Jake will organize / guide the exercise selection, intensity, and volume to match each person in attendance.
No one is left behind and we finish the workout together; having fun along the way listening to 'Badass' 80s Synth-wave rock-vibes!
Your Instructor

The type of training we will be doing is:
Calisthenics
In other words, you will be working just with body weight; no additional weights to lift.
By learning how to work with your body weight, you can avoid injuries and get a much more rapid result.
You will also learn to move your body correctly (biomechanics) so that all actions are well balanced and harmonized with your body systems on all levels.
This approach results in long-term gains that do not disappear as you get older.
Although we can develop a lot of muscle size with this way of training, you will be encouraged to focus upon holistic development which will give you an overall better result.
The body this produces is not like a typical 'Body Builder' but one of strong, respectable posture, along with a lean, athletic appearance that performs with power, agility and ease.
