Often it is through pain and dysfunction, that we become aware that our body cannot be taken for granted. If we are not looking after it correctly, there will eventually be a consequence that prevents us from enjoying our life. Even undertaking basic tasks such as ascending a flight of stairs or lifting the groceries can become challenging.

This basis of the program involves a succession of progressive exercise training programs that can be effectively applied from your home.
These range from very light or gentle movements that immediately alleviate pain, and restore functional capacity, to more advanced movements involving functional lifting and balancing to ensure that you feel confident on your feet and can maintain your independent autonomy.
In addition to the exercise programs, the Functional Longevity program involves the development of understanding to restore your Gut Health, improve your Mental Health and overall well-being, and develop a consistently constructive focus that leads to higher enjoyment and fulfillment in life; regardless of your age.
