THE AT HOME CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SERIES is a collection of 26 workouts that were undertaken during the lockdown period in Sydney, Australia, and through which gym members were guided for exercise at home without the need for equipment (only body weight required).
The series expanded to include resisted exercise sessions involving a chair, dumbbells and resistance bands also.
This guided training series will effectively help you to develop a functional pain-free body that looks and feels great.
NOTICE: This series includes live recording of sessions conducted over Zoom. The video quality therefore, is not of high pixilation. There are at times also, at least within the first few sessions, breif interruptions from participants with associated questions and learning etc however the sessions maintain a consistent flow and offer high expertise to develop and excellent result
