Firstly, a brief explanation regarding the 'bowman' sitting atop the title theme: No, we are not learning about archery in this program. The archer is a symbol of focus, steadiness, and deep practice. He has a goal or target in mind, and he must execute his skills impeccably to 'hit the target.'

In life, we all have goals. If we cannot remain steadily focused upon them, or more specifically; on the steps required of us to achieve them, we will not find success in our endeavor and instead taste the deflating bitterness of self-defeat.

The greatest 'tools' that we have as men (and women) are the body and mind. These are the quintessential elements through which everything else in life achieved. The question is, how 'sharp' are our tools?

When we apply our mind to the tasks of the day, does it operate like a 'well oiled machine' (smoothly and reliably in an indefatigable way?) Or are we easily distracted from our task; tiring quickly and then finding excuses why we 'couldn't' get done what needed to be done?

What's Involved?
The Men's Program includes a unique blend of specific progressive exercise programming, nutritional guidance, coaching, and energy management skills. When you consistently bring together these 4 pillars of progress, life begins to flow with an ascending spiral of inevitable success. You have the energy you need; you maintain the required drive and focus, and you remain fruitfully productive in whatever area of life you are currently engaged with. Activity
Activity includes management of all bodily movement or lack thereof. This includes exercise* however it also includes simply how active you are generally vs how much 'down time' you get. A balance must be achieved for maximal efficiency. An intensity of work balanced with the right recovery produces the best result. When you work hard, eat right, and calm your mind, you will get quality sleep and recover well. Life becomes easier and takes on a natural momentum.
*The exercise sessions in this program are perfectly balanced to bring about your healthiest, highest functioning, best body in a time-efficient way. The 10 progressive programs are designed to take you from beginner to advanced in a systematic way that anyone (without a debilitating injury) can apply.


Mindset
There are a variety of elements contained within 'Mindset.' Two aspects are foremost in importance in this program, 1) Overcoming mental and emotional disturbance, and 2) Developing a consistently constructive focus. When these two things are attained, your mind becomes a sharpened tool that can take on any task, be it small or large, with the confidence of anticipated achievement. In other words, you know you will achieve what you set out to do, it is just a matter of time.
Determination, persistence, confidence, and sheer will-power are all developed in this program forming Master Keys to all of life's challenges. A fundamental Mindset Philosophy for Success is given, along with links to powerful resources for further education. Participants also meet up online for a group coaching call (Webinar) with Jake once per month to discuss challenges and how to overcome them, among other things...


Nutrition
If you want to look and feel good you must eat well. However, you need not be 'perfect.' Just as three steps forward and two back will eventually get you to your destination, so too will you arrive at a healthier state if you simply make healthy choices more often than you don't. Just put the balance of the equation in your favour.
As you develop healthier eating patterns, this momentum will develop into '3 steps forward and 1 back' then '5 steps forward and 1 back' and so on and so forth, until you are eating in a very healthy way most of the time. Then it is natural; it becomes easy as the habit develops. In this program we identify the healthy choices and also the unhealthy choices. You get to choose. You will find out how it works for you as your body (feeling state) will let you know. You'll also learn how to cook healthy meals and make better 'on the go' choices to keep positive momentum going.


Energetics
Very few people have discovered the power of effective Energy Management. We all know that we have energy and that it goes up and down (effecting your mood, productivity, and well-being) but do we know why it is going up and down unpredictably? What if you could control this consciously? What if you could manage it like a bank account to ensure that you always have enough energy to 'pay the bills'? That's a good start; to remove stress. But Energetics goes way beyond that.

Coaching Calls
This is the 'thread' that ties the program together. Each of the 4 core elements are fundamental to human development. They are a 'work in progress'; regardless of how far we have come. With such a depth of self-discovery and development, inevitably challenges arise. We struggle with consistency; we struggle to overcome old habits that hold us back, and we run into unexpected events that can throw our intentions and plans 'out the window.'

All of these challenges, whatever they are, can be traversed successfully. During the monthly Quantum Coaching Calls, we discuss all and any challenges arising and how to overcome them. In the webinar, we address energy field blockages and attachments directly by clearing the associated energy from the field. Participants feel the changes taking place in real time as the magnetic fields are released and new expanding and elevating energy is anchored into the field.
